Airlink was founded by Frank Holup to provide straight forward, transparent view into the world of aircraft and helicopter charter. We have dedicated ourselves to provide our clients with the best service and we think that trust is at the heart of all business relationships, that's why we see complete transparancy as not the only best way to go but frankly the only way to go.

We work according to a principle. The core of the whole is individuality. No customer can be pressed in a prefabricated roster. Each customer is different and has his/her own conception of his/her project and the way it is planned and conducted. At Airlink there is no such thing as mass treatment. We select our work methods after setting the tasks. Then we use our most effective instruments.

A lot of money is still spent on business travel around the globe. The direct costs are split among the three sectors: Air Travel, Hotel, and Car. A survey which was conducted by the German Tourism Association (DRV) shows as a result, that there is big potential for savings. Air travel is the sector where most of the saving can be achieved. Thousands of fares, rules and regulations and the large number of airlines contribute to this jungle. The traditional travel agency usually books the product, for which it receives commission. In most cases the traveller pays more than he or she should. We know that this is a big problem. We have chosen a new approach.

Our approach: Air Travel Management. We are specialists in the air travel sector. We consult our clients individually. Through thorough research, we will reduce the costs associated to air travel. Next to the standard product of airline tickets, we are not restricted in our thinking. Would other modes of air travel make sense in this case, i.e. a private jet or helicopter? Is there a group of four travelling together to a marketing meeting? It is possible that a private jet is cheaper than the regular airline? We will check this option in any case.

We do the maths for you and always search for a cost effective and convenient way to travel. We want to make sure that the traveller gets from point A to point B as fast and safe as possible. There is nothing worse to a business than travellers wasting time by waiting for their aircraft in an overcrowded airport.
